Description
Ventilated oven driers have been specially designed to rapidly dry any type or shape of object, including jewellery, watch
parts, printed circuits, glass, dental tools, ceramic materials, scienti c components, lenses, eyeglass frames, etc.
The objects are inserted into the drying chamber through the convenient top opening
and placed in special baskets or hung on hook supports that can be supplied on
request.
The fan heater inside the machine generates the drying hot air stream.
The machine is equipped with forced air recirculation to reduce energy consumption to
an absolute minimum.
Our 100% stainless steel ventilated oven driers are supplied with a cover and internal
heat insulation.
All machines are also equipped with a digital thermostat to regulate temperatures up
to 200° C, in addition to an analogical timer to set the drying time.
The ventilated oven driers are
available in 5 models:
VC 25, VC 50, VC 90, VC 100 and VC
200
The overall dimensions and measurements
of the drying chamber are
identical to the respective ultrasonic
washer models, HD 25, HD 50, HD 90,
HD 100, HD 200 that are also
available in our website. In this way
you can create completely modular
washing and drying lines.
